1. Subscription Plans
- Each plan covers a maximum number of rugs and includes specific services outlined in the plan description. Additional charges apply for:
- Extra square footage beyond the plan’s coverage: $3 per additional square foot.
- Additional rugs beyond the plan’s limit.
2. Odor Treatment
- Odor treatment is not included in the Basic Plan but can be added for an additional $2 per square foot.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions can be canceled starting from the third month of service.
4. Rug Rotation
- Customers can change the rugs included in their subscription plan every six months.
5. Restoration Services
- Discounts on restoration services (10%-15% off) are available depending on your plan. However, full restorations are not included in the subscription.
6. General Use
- All customers must ensure their rugs meet our basic care standards. Damaged or unsuitable rugs may incur additional charges or be excluded from the plan.
